We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are", "Summary", "What To Expect", "What We're Looking For", "Work Environment", "Benefits Of Working With Associated Materials", "About Us". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must map content to these headings appropriately. The instructions: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings if we have content. But we should only include a section when posting has real, specific content for it. We need to decide which sections apply. We have content: - About the role: could be summary of role: "We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Superintendent to lead night shift operations..." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with a paragraph. - Responsibilities: "What To Expect" list of duties. So we can have

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What We're Looking For" includes minimum 5 years experience, preferred experience, leadership skills, etc. Could split into Requirements (minimum experience) and Qualifications/Skills. But we can combine into one section maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction says we can use those headings; we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one

    Requirements

(or Qualifications). Let's decide: Use "Requirements" for mandatory items, and "Skills" for skills? But we can combine. We have also "Work Environment" which could be a section but not in the list of allowed headings? The list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work Environment is not listed, but we could maybe omit or incorporate into About the role? However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop work environment details. The instruction says we should use those headings for section headings, but does not forbid other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples; we could still use other headings if needed? But likely they want us to map to those headings. However we have to preserve all substantive info; we could put work environment details under About the role or Responsibilities? Might be okay to add a

    Work Environment

even if not in list? The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings as needed. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine work environment into About the role or Responsibilities. We also have Benefits section: "Benefits Of Working With Associated Materials" list. So we can have

    Benefits

with ul. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive Wage" under benefits but not specific pay. There's also "Additional Information The actual wage offered..." but no specific number. Since we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does mention competitive wage but not a specific figure. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." Benefits we have explicit list, so we can include Benefits. Pay: they mention competitive wage but not a specific number; is that considered stating them? It says "Competitive Wage" as a benefit line. That is a statement about pay, albeit generic. Should we include Pay section? The instruction says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive Wage" as a benefit. That is a statement about pay, but not a specific number. Might be considered stating them. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate pay info into Benefits section (since it's listed as a benefit). Indeed the benefits list includes "Competitive Wage". So we can keep Benefits section and include that line. Schedule: Not mentioned; shift is night shift but not schedule details like hours. Could we create Schedule section? The posting mentions night shift operations, but not specific schedule. Probably better not to create Schedule section as no explicit schedule details. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications/Skills), Benefits. Possibly also Work Environment? Could incorporate into About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: Who We Are: description of company, history, etc. That's substantive. Should we include that? It's not covered by headings but we could put under About the role or a separate "About the company" but not in list. However we must preserve all substantive info. We could include a

under About the role that includes both role summary and company description. Or we could add a

    About the company

but not in list. The instruction says we can use those headings as examples; we can add other headings if needed. But they want few sections. Maybe we can incorporate Who Are into About the role section as a preamble. Let's craft:

    About the role

Join the Associated Materials Innovations team at Associated Materials LLC and be AMazing with us! Who We Are At Associated Materials Innovations, we combine our rich history in innovation with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement of customer experience. For decades, we have provided vinyl windows, siding, and metal building products that have helped build homes and communities across North America. As a leading manufacturer of exterior building products and preferred product manufacturer for Alside, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas in a welcoming and supportive work environment driven by safety and our core values. Join the AMI team where you can be AMazing as we shape our future together.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Superintendent to lead night shift operations in our window manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for overseeing production, safety, quality, staffing, and overall operational performance during the assigned shift. The Plant Superintendent will work closely with supervisors and department leaders to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Then Responsibilities: list from "What To Expect". We'll convert each line to
  • . Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: combine "What We're Looking For" and maybe also "Work Environment" details? Work environment details could be placed under Requirements? Might be better to have a separate section "Work Environment" but not in list. However we could incorporate into Requirements as "Work Environment" bullet? But that seems odd. Maybe we add a

    Work Environment

as it's substantive and not covered elsewhere. The instruction didn't forbid; it just gave examples. So we can add. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Work Environment, Benefits. Check if we need Qualifications/Skills separate? We can put all under Requirements. Now Benefits: list from "Benefits Of Working With Associated Materials". Include each bullet. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Remove those. Also remove "Additional Information The actual wage offered..." etc. That's about pay but we already have competitive wage in benefits; we can keep that line? Actually the "Additional Information" paragraph is about wage determination; we could incorporate into Benefits? But it's generic; we might keep it as part of Benefits? It says "Competitive Wage" already there; the additional info is just explanation. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's about compensation decision process. Might be considered substantive? It's generic but still info. However we might keep it under Benefits as a paragraph. But instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The Additional Information about wage is not exactly boilerplate but it's generic. Might be okay to keep. We'll keep Benefits section with list and maybe a paragraph after list about wage determination. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We aren't. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
