About the role
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeks full-time Plant Processing Foreman - 2nd Shift to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment
- Management of 4-8 people directly reporting to this role
- Oversight of the efficient operation of all plant processes
- Ensuring productivity targets are achieved
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Adhering to plant safety standards
- Completing scheduled reports on time and reporting variances to senior management
Requirements
- Associate's degree required
- A mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks
- Minimum 1 year foreman experience
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- Reliable and accurate reporting skills
- A positive work ethic
- The willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment
- Proven work experience
- Willingness to work inside and outside in all weather
Qualifications
- Shift: 2nd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 4pm-1am
- Pay: $35/hr. with opportunities for raises after 90 days
