Plant Foreman

About the role

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeks a full-time Plant Foreman to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment
• Management of 10-14 people directly reporting to this role
• Oversight of the efficient operation of all plant processes
• Ensuring productivity targets are achieved
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Adhering to plant safety standards
• Completing scheduled reports on time and reporting variances to senior management

Qualifications/Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Ability to drive company vehicles
• Reliable and accurate reporting skills
• A positive work ethic
• The willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment
• Proven work experience

Shifts And Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, $30/hr starting pay
• 2nd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to 1:30 am, $35/hr starting pay
