Plant Processing Foreman - 2nd Shift

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil to produce biodiesel, a carbon-reducing alternative fuel. Operating in 15 states with service to over 27,000 locations, we are expanding our team.

About the role

This full-time, in-person position oversees material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment, and the management of 4–8 direct reports on the second shift. The role ensures efficient plant operations, adherence to safety standards and SOPs, and timely reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations on the plant floor.
• Directly manage, coordinate, and lead 4–8 employees on the second shift.
• Enforce all plant safety regulations, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Complete scheduled reports on time and report variances to senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required.
• Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers, and trucks.
• Minimum 1 year of foreman experience.
• Ability to drive company vehicles.
• Reliable and accurate reporting skills.
• Positive work ethic and willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment.
• Proven work experience.
• Willingness to work inside and outside in all weather.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM.

Pay

$35/hour, with opportunities for raises after a 90-day probationary period.
