Plant PC&L Supervisor level 1

About the role

As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will manage the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• Automobile industry work experience (preferred)

Skills

• English language required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems (MRP, FIFO, MPM)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
