Job Details
RiverStone Group is currently hiring for a Quarry Plant Operator/Maintenance at our Midway Stone Plant, located in Hillsdale, IL. This position is a daytime role, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations, and procedures as outlined by company policies and MSHA
• Operate and monitor all equipment and production areas safely and efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
• Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Safety-Focused
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic

Qualifications

• Prior proven mechanical, welding, and heavy equipment experience
• Willingness to receive job-specific training for the right individual
