We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide sections: About the role? Possibly "About the role" could be description of company? The posting includes a paragraph about APAC Inc., CRH, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only those headings if content exists. We have content: Pay: $20 per hour starting rate (also repeated later). Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, Dental and vision coverage, Paid time off (PTO), 401(k) retirement plan. Also later: "What CRH Offers You" includes highly competitive base pay, comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, group retirement savings program, health and wellness programs, inclusive culture. So we have Benefits and Pay sections. Responsibilities: "Primary Roles You’ll Master" list of roles (Loader Operator, Haul Truck Operator, Water Truck Operator, Quality Control Technician, Plant Operator, Mechanic, Equipment Operator). Also "What You'll Do" list of tasks. So responsibilities. Requirements: "What We’re Looking For" includes experience, comfortable outdoors, ability to work on rough terrain, basic math and reasoning, strong communication, licenses (Class E driver's license), education (no formal education required). Also "Physical & Work Environment Requirements". So we can combine into Requirements (maybe also Qualifications). But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide where to put each piece. We could treat "What We’re Looking For" as Requirements (experience, licenses, education). Physical & Work Environment Requirements could be Requirements as well. Skills: maybe "Basic math and reasoning skills, plus competency in reading and following instructions. Strong communication skills". Could be Skills. Qualifications: maybe "Experience: At least two years of experience in one or more of the following—front end loader, dozer, excavator, quality control, mechanic, or plant operations." That could be Qualifications. But we must avoid thin sections. Prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings are prescribed; we can only use those headings if we have content. We could omit some headings if content is thin. For example, we could have sections: About the role (company description), Responsibilities, Requirements (including experience, licenses, physical), Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills could be merged into Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating many sections with little content. Let's see what we have substantive: - About the role: company description (APAC Inc., CRH, etc.) - substantive. - Responsibilities: list of roles and tasks - substantive. - Requirements: experience, licenses, education, physical requirements - substantive. - Benefits: list of benefits - substantive. - Pay: $20/hr - substantive. Schedule: not mentioned (no schedule info). So we omit Schedule. Skills: we could embed within Requirements or Qualifications. But we have a separate Skills heading; if we don't have specific skills list beyond what's in Requirements, we could omit Skills heading. However we have "Basic math and reasoning skills, plus competency in reading and following instructions. Strong communication skills, especially in noisy environments." That's skills. Could be a Skills section. But we already have Requirements covering experience, licenses, education, physical. Could we make a Skills section for those? That would be another section, increasing count. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we make Skills separate, we would have 5 sections (About, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay) = 6 sections. Might be okay if each is substantive. But we could combine Skills into Requirements to reduce sections. Let's see if Requirements would become too long but still substantive. It's okay. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not. We need to fold minor metadata like Job ID into a short

or drop it. We'll drop it. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, application instructions, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content. Company description: "APAC- Inc., Kansas City, is a CRH company. CRH is the leading vertically integrated supplier of asphalt, aggregates, cement, ready-mix concrete, and paving and construction services in North America. Our 24,100 employees at 1,300 operating locations provide our customers with top-quality, innovative products and services. From coast to coast, CRH delivers quality, dependable results to customers ranging from federal agencies to small construction companies. APAC is a great place to grow! If you’re up for a rewarding challenge, we invite you to take the first step and apply today! *Check out this great opportunity* Build Your Future With Us—Dynamic Roles, Career Growth, and Competitive Pay" We could keep that as About the role. But we also have a later section "About CRH" with heritage etc. That's also company info. Might be duplicate. We should preserve all substantive info, but avoid duplication. We'll combine. We need to include "What We Offer" bullet list: Competitive pay: $20 per hour starting rate, Comprehensive health insurance, Dental and vision coverage for you and your family, Paid time off (PTO) to help you recharge, 401(k) retirement plan for your long-term financial security. Also later "What CRH Offers You": Highly competitive base pay, Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, Group retirement savings program, Health and wellness programs, An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion. We need to preserve all; we can combine into Benefits section (including pay maybe separate). But Pay section separate for $20/hr. Benefits section can include health insurance, dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), medical/dental/disability benefits, group retirement savings, health and wellness programs, inclusive culture. We need to avoid filler like "competitive pay" repeated; we can keep. Now Responsibilities: list of roles (Primary Roles You’ll Master) each with description. Also "What You'll Do" list. We'll combine into Responsibilities section with

    • for each duty. Could also separate roles vs tasks but we can combine. Requirements: Experience: at least two years experience in one or more of the following—front end loader, dozer, excavator, quality control, mechanic, or plant operations. Comfortable outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work on rough terrain, climb machinery, and perform manual tasks with care. Basic math and reasoning skills, plus competency in reading and following instructions. Strong communication skills, especially in noisy environments. Licenses: Valid Class E driver’s license (clean driving record). Education: No formal education required—your hands-on skills and work ethic count most. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility. Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height. Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed. Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions. Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments. Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely. Reasonable accommodations provided as necessary to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. We'll put all that in Requirements section as
      • . Now Benefits: list as above. Pay: $20 per hour starting rate (also repeated later). We'll put in Pay section. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove lines like "Once you click apply now, you will be brought to our official employment application..." etc. Also remove "APAC-Inc., Kansas City, a CRH Company, is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Check out this great opportunity" maybe keep as part of description but it's marketing; we can keep. Now produce HTML fragment:
