Plant Operations Tech/Maintenance Worker

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Long-term on-the-job training
• Valid Oregon driver’s license
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship in commercial building (BOMA) and/or facility maintenance trade(s) preferred or equivalent

Duties And Responsibilities

• Mechanical, pneumatic or electrical equipment operation
• Corrective and preventive equipment maintenance skills
• Commercial Painting
• Drywall and ceiling repair
• Light Carpentry & repairs
• Knowledge of general cleaning
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs and installation
• Able to repair, replace, and maintain equipment
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
• Possess sound judgment
• Works independently
• Able to work at varying heights &/or in confined areas
