About the role
Citizens Health is seeking a full-time Plant Operations Manager to oversee all facilities and buildings within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure preventative maintenance and repair work is completed.
- Administer non-technical areas of the department.
- Schedule and supervise construction and remodeling projects.
- Repair buildings and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent, with technical school or college preferred.
- At least three years of plant operations experience.
- Management experience preferred.
- Ability to direct and supervise others.
- Plan and schedule department activities to meet the needs of the facilities.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and construction codes and practices.
