We seek a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to support and assist the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide interior maintenance of the community to company standards
- Provide exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping
- Assist in coordination of community events
- Assist in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
- HVAC certification is a plus
- Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred
