About the role

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing operations at the Liberty Campus, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• Manage staff and resources to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with plant maintenance and equipment operation.

Pay
