Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure exceptional product quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals efficiently and responsibly.
• Shape team performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve high performance and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
