Plant Manager

About the Role

DSJ Global is partnered with a client seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing and industrial operations site with full P&L responsibility. This role oversees operations, sales, safety, financial performance, workforce development, and strategic growth while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations, including production, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and safety.
• Manage site financial performance, budgeting, capital investments, and profitability.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and sales objectives.
• Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process standardization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while fostering a strong safety culture.
• Develop and mentor leadership teams to achieve operational and business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations with full business and financial accountability.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ability to analyze financial data, solve complex business challenges, and lead organizational change.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
