Description
Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with all EHS regulations
Provide overall leadership for all plant operations, ensuring the achievement of safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost (SPQDC) objectives
Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance across all levels of the organization
Ensure effective execution of production planning to meet customer demand and on-time delivery targets
Lead plant transformation initiatives focused on productivity, capacity expansion, and cost competitiveness
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence methodologies
Identify and execute opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cycle time improvement
Develop and drive a multi-year site optimization roadmap, including automation and digitalization where applicable
Own and manage the plant P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Deliver improvements in gross margin, conversion costs, and asset utilization whilst managing capital investment aligned with strategic growth and operational efficiency goals
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational discipline
Partner with engineering to drive process innovation and product manufacturability improvements
Ensure adherence to quality systems (ISO or industry-specific standards)
Collaborate with supply chain to optimize inventory levels, materials flow, and supplier performance
Profile
Proven leadership skills within the engineering and manufacturing sector
Manage site-level P&L and cost reduction initiatives
Strong understanding of operational processes in the aerospace or similar industry
Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals
Managed people managers
Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in manufacturing
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000 USD annually
