What You’ll Do

- Perform cutting, grinding, and welding as needed
- Inspect Equipment and Structures
- Monitor Processes and Materials
- Document and Record Information
- Perform General Physical Activities

Skills You’ll Need
- Experience in the aggregate or construction industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of Best Practices (industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production preferred)
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions
- Some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance

- Shift Differential: 20% additional on base pay for night or second shift employees
