Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring we can produce millions of bars.

Responsibilities

  • C Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other issues on production equipment.
  • Install and modify equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols and engineering standards.
  • Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair history.
  • Work effectively with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

What you bring

  • A High school diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems (preferred)
  • Ability to provide own basic tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
