About the Role

The Plant IV 100% Visual Inspector will:

• Inspect tires from curing presses, verify each tire for basic anomalies, make small repairs or corrections, and direct tires to the correct palletizing conveyor.
• Receive and inspect tires through sight and touch, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
• Follow standard practices, adhere to plant safety policies, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report equipment downtime or other unusual conditions and notify supervisors immediately.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of labor time.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and department manager.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 2 years or more of manufacturing experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with safety procedures and guidelines
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and navigate various environments

The starting annual salary for this role is $50,994. The job requires evening and weekend shifts and exposure to hot/cold temperatures, forklifts, and noise. The role involves various physical tasks and is within a high-heat environment.
