Plant HR Manager

Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR at a key manufacturing/plant location supporting technology-driven operations. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment and oversee onboarding for technical and operations staff.Handle employee relations, coaching leaders, and resolving workplace issues.Support performance management, goal setting, and talent development.Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning aligned to production needs.Ensure HR compliance and support facility-level safety and HR-related standards.Administer employee benefits and related HR programs.Coordinate and support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Champion an inclusive, collaborative culture and promote innovation through people programs. Qualifications & Skills Strong HR leadership with experience supporting plant/workforce environments.Proven skills in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Knowledge of HR compliance and benefits administration.Ability to partner with operational leaders and align staffing with business goals.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people-focused leadership.
