About the role

The Plant Healthcare Technician (Spray Technician) is responsible for:

• Safe application of liquid fertilizer and herbicides in adherence to all local and state regulations.
• Adhering to the Company’s safety policy and ensuring public safety while crews are on site.
• Setting up the truck daily with all equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Assisting with aeration and seeding during the fall.
• Supervising and planning daily routines.

Physical requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, talk, or hear. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Requirements

• CO3 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of spray technician or similar experience preferred.
• Management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Safety-focused with an excellent attendance record.
