About the role

The Plant Healthcare Technician is responsible for the safe application of liquid fertilizer and herbicides in adherence to all local and state regulations, ensuring public and crew safety, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Safe application of liquid fertilizer and herbicides following all local and state regulations.
• Adhere to Company’s safety policy to ensure public safety while crews are on-site.
• Set up truck daily with all necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Assist with aeration and seeding during the fall season.
• Supervise and plan daily routines.

Requirements

• CO3 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• 1-3 years of spray technician or similar experience preferred.
• Management/supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
