About the Role

Accountable for profit and loss of the facility, including environmental, health, and safety compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations. Responsible for manufacturing operations such as throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventory control, and meeting budgeted production metrics. Oversees sales efforts, including local sales, customer service, and collaboration with the sales manager to establish and meet facility sales goals, identify market segments, and deploy division pricing strategy. Leads strategic planning for business, marketing, and capital processes. Supports positive labor relations and manages human resources, including workforce engagement, diversity, recruiting, hiring, employee and leadership development, and labor relations. Handles financial management, including budget establishment and compliance with financial controls.

Requirements

  • Seven to ten years of corrugated experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

$152,300 - $203,000. Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities, will determine placement within the pay range. Eligible for variable pay and participation in annual and long-term incentive plans.
