Plant Financial Analyst

The Manufacturing Financial Analyst is responsible for providing operating management with financial analysis of daily, weekly and monthly operating results. You will have the opportunity to develop your unique skills, innovate as well as take on expanded roles to capitalize on your potential while gaining global exposure. This Position Is Responsible For: Daily desk responsibilities including Daily PC1 reconciliation, CLS, NCTAETC review and follow up and support for internal reportingOvertime Reporting weekly detail and reconciliationCost Deployment responsibilities including data collection and CD development matricesLogistics and energy cost deployment restrict to semi annualLead Blue Room Kaizen review with Center of CompetenceSOX support through physical inventory reviews, monthly checklists and plant walkthroughsForecast responsibilities supporting chemical reconciliation, uniform payments and scrap shipper reconciliation9,5,5 project development support Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degreeA general understanding of core Finance or Accounting principlesWillingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing FinanceThe ability to learn how to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close process Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suites Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent1 year of experience (including student program or internship) in a manufacturing environmentProficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system Our Benefits — Designed With You In Mind Comprehensive Health & Well-being Coverage From your very first day, you'll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
