Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage annual budgets and forecasts; track performance and analyze variances.
- Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting, monitor variances, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
Procurement Oversight
- Monitor purchase price variance (PPV) and support alignment between procurement activity and cost targets.
Internal Controls
- Maintain effective controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory accuracy, valuation, and periodic reconciliations.
Financial Analysis
- Provide insights and reporting to support business decisions.
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations and leadership on key initiatives.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in similar roles with both accounting and finance responsibilities.
- Experience in the food industry or similar is preferred.
In-Office/WFH Policy:
- In-office, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility once the candidate is fully acclimated to the role.
