ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate effective leadership and human relations techniques to employees.
- Effectively administer department functions.
- Utilize data and tools to effectively communicate needs and expectations.
- Evaluate equipment needs and assigned purchasing of supplies needed for operations.
- Work with other departments and teams as needed to facilitate overall operational improvements.
- Ability to self-direct activities, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to teach, coach, and train staff associates.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting fundamentals and analysis.
- Ability to critically analyze and prepare complex reports, statements, and projections.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to use discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
- Repeatable and auditable data modeling and manipulation.
- Ability to implement creative solutions while working under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.

- Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Maintain General ledger.
- Support Production Control.
- Manage and support IT initiatives.

- Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
- Follows all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 – 5 years financial experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- 2 -4 years management experience in an office setting preferred.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.
- Knowledge of SAP, AS/400, and Mainframe systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- High Integrity.
