Plant Controller

About the role

The Plant Controller will oversee all accounting for the manufacturing plant, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and make strategic business decisions. Budget management, physical inventory, costing, and capital spending projects will also be managed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting for the manufacturing plant

Requirements

• 7+ years of Accounting and Management experience
• Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred

Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$150-160K + bonus
