The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Plant Care Technician to join our cultivation crew. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day care of our plants - from early veg through harvest - helping us maintain the quality standards Phat Panda is known for. This is active, physical work in a fast-paced indoor grow facility, not a desk job.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Pruning, training, and tucking plants for healthy structure and yield
- Caring for plants through each growth phase - vegetative, flowering, and harvest
- Mixing and applying nutrient solutions and other inputs
- Keeping grow rooms and equipment clean and audit-ready
- Assisting with room setup and environmental control adjustments
- Supporting harvest days and post-harvest processing
- Contributing to R&D trials aimed at improving plant genetics and technique
- Pitching in wherever the cultivation team needs an extra hand
What We're Looking For
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older
- Education: High school diploma or GED required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Cultivation, horticulture, or agriculture experience is a bonus, not a requirement - we'll train motivated candidates who are eager to learn
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand or sit for up to 8-hour shifts
- Comfortable with repetitive hand tasks (pruning, trimming)
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Occasional crouching, climbing, or crawling
- Good color vision and visual acuity required

Working Conditions
This role is based in a controlled indoor cultivation environment, which includes: Bright grow lights and warm, humid air; moderate background noise; occasional dust, vapor, or airborne particulates (PPE supplied); use of ladders and work in confined spaces at times; some contact with cleaning products and fertilizers.
