Plant Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare various manufacturing performance reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Aid in daily financial control compliance.
• Support the local finance team including the Assistant Plant Controller and Cost Accountant in cost savings, capital, standard costing, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Aid in both internal and external audits.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, manufacturing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting, automated accounting systems, and SOX.
