Plant 1 Team Lead, Sub Assembly, 3rd, Sun-Th, 9:50pm-6:20am

About the role

This position contains supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog
• Assist in hiring decisions and the selection of department personnel for assignment of duties, promotion, transfer, and discharge, including evaluations and performance reviews
• Maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentation
• Conduct training of assigned personnel
• Maintain safety of work area according to company safety requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years related experience in production field, 1-year supervisory experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize work, Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, management, vendors, and customers, Work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
