Responsibilities
- Aid the Lead Contractor in administrative support for Wing force element (FE) assessments, FE certification briefings, and Strategic Plan briefings.
- Support the Lead Contractor in conducting exercise observation tool training and assisting staff, including new arrivals and augmentees.
- Document and report accountability and meeting notes for the 15 AF/A589 directorate, CCAWG, and monthly readiness assessments.
- Participate in readiness assessment working groups between 15 AF, ACC/A3O, and HAF/A3T, developing and improving assessment methodologies for subordinate units.
- Coordinate with 15 AF/A3 on forecasting and scheduling in-person exercise observation teams and manage a 15 AF/A589 calendar/tracking mechanism.
- Create and manage After-Action Reports (AARs) in support of assessment documentation.
- Develop and support 15 AF SharePoint sites on NIPR and SIPR domains, including web designer activities and SharePoint design.
- Create, route, answer, and troubleshoot tasks on the Tasker Management Tool at the Directorate level.
- Serve as an alternate UTM for the 15 AF.
- Assist with other assigned staff tasks supporting 15 AF mission directives.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: US citizen
- Clearance: Secret level clearance
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: At least 15 years of directly related experience, including 8 years of DoD experience
- Skills: Experience with SharePoint design and creation of workflows, task management systems at a component staff or higher, DRRS and DCAPES access/use, programming in R, Python, TypeScript, SQL, JSON, CSS, XML, jQuery, Foundry, Tableau, Quiver, Contour, 5th Generation Fighter Maintenance experience, or joint/service component operational planning experience.
