Planning Director – Statewide and Regional Planning
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. The posting includes: - Intro: "This position is listed on behalf of a partner company..." etc. That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in
under
About the role
. - Responsibilities: The list of accountabilities (Develop and execute..., Build and expand..., Serve as..., Identify..., Develop..., Coordinate..., Establish..., Assess..., Mentor..., Provide..., Guide..., Support..., Develop..., Identify...). That's responsibilities. - Requirements: The list of requirements (Bachelor’s degree..., At least 15 years..., Extensive experience..., Demonstrated experience..., Proven ability..., Experience directing..., Strong knowledge..., Experience leading..., Demonstrated ability..., Experience managing..., Excellent written..., Ability to travel..., A master’s degree..., AICP certification..., Experience developing..., Experience with strategic..., Familiarity...). That's requirements. - Qualifications: Might be overlapping with requirements; but we can treat "Requirements" as qualifications. The spec says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Benefits: listed with compensation range and benefits. We have Pay: The compensation range is given; we could put that under Pay section. But Benefits also includes compensation range. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine Pay and Benefits into a Benefits section that includes compensation and benefits. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states compensation range and benefits. So we could have a Benefits section that includes both compensation and benefits. Or we could have Pay section for compensation and Benefits section for other benefits. Which is better? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into one Benefits section that includes compensation and benefits. But they also have separate headings Pay and Benefits allowed. Since we have both compensation and benefits, we could have two sections but that might be thin? However each would have substantive content: Pay: compensation range; Benefits: list of health, dental, vision, etc. Both are substantive. Might be okay. But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Two sections is fine. Schedule: No mention of schedule (e.g., full-time, remote). Not present, so omit Schedule. Skills: Could extract skills from requirements: excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, executive communication skills; ability to travel; etc. But we already have requirements covering skills. Might not need separate Skills section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "This position is listed on behalf of a partner company..." that's okay as About the role. We must not include Job ID etc. Not present. We must not include application instructions, etc. Remove "How Jobgether Works", "Why Apply Through Jobgether?", data privacy notice, etc. Those are boilerplate; must remove. Also remove "Our partner is looking for a Planning Director – Statewide and Regional Planning based in United States." That's part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We'll produce HTML:About the role
