- Establish standardized processes across all sites to drive consistency and scalability.
- Drive accountability for schedule adherence, MRP accuracy, and execution discipline.
- Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all sites, ensuring it is capacity-aligned and executable.
- Proactively manage schedules based on labor, capacity, and material constraints.
- Align production schedules with project timelines and delivery commitments from Project Management, Engineering, and operations.
- Eliminate reactive scheduling by enforcing structured planning processes and system-driven execution.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure alignment between system schedules and shop floor execution.
- Serve as the functional owner of MRP within the ERP system, ensuring demand signals are valid and actionable.
- Drive continuous improvement of ERP/MRP processes, parameters, and data accuracy.
- Partner with Purchasing and Configuration Control to align MRP outputs with procurement execution.
- Validate system outputs against real-world constraints, including material availability, warehouse capacity, and project requirements.
- Act as the central point of coordination for schedule changes, material constraints, and execution risks.
- Ensure project priorities are accurately reflected in production schedules and material planning.
- Drive communication across departments to ensure priorities are clear, consistent, and executable.
- Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules across all sites.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, material staging, and timely movement to support production.
- Partner with Project Management to identify and mitigate risks to project timelines driven by material or scheduling constraints.
- Monitor shortages and drive proactive resolutions to prevent production and project delays.
- Track and report key metrics, including schedule adherence, material readiness, and on-time delivery to project milestones.
- Identify gaps in planning, scheduling, warehouse coordination, and execution processes and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve system utilization.
- Support execution during peak workloads or critical shortages as needed.
