What’s the Job?

Develop and manage routine maintenance schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of maintenance activities.

Cook up equipment availability, manpower, materials, contractor support, and job oversight to optimize workforce utilization.

Analyze schedules, identify constraints or deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to improve maintenance performance.

Monitor schedule compliance, develop KPIs, and generate reports with trend analysis and graphical representations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging scheduling technologies, digital tools, and best practices.

What’s Needed?

• 5+ years of maintenance scheduling experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and extensive working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of maintenance scheduling, execution processes, and resource planning.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is a plus.
