The role analyzes production schedules, material availability, WIP, inventory levels, and period-end reconciliation issues; determines planning priorities; resolves exceptions with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance; and provides direction in planning meetings to maintain WIP and inventory within established business parameters, including the 45-day production schedule balance.
