Planner II (Commercial Space Systems)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role / company: first paragraph(s) describing Marotta Controls, mission, culture. We'll put under About the role
with
. - Responsibilities: there is "Essential Or Primary / Key Responsibilities" list and "Additional Duties / Responsibilities". We'll combine into a
- list.
- Requirements / Qualifications: there is "Minimum Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Physical Requirements". We'll have sections: Requirements (maybe combine minimum and preferred) and maybe "Physical Requirements". But instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Minimum Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications into a single "Requirements" section with two sub-lists? But we must not invent headings not listed. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use Requirements and Qualifications separately if we have content. We have both minimum and preferred qualifications; could put under Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Also Skills: we have computer literacy, communication skills, etc. Could be Skills section.
But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: "Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000/year". So we need Pay section.
Schedule: "This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are 10 hours, Monday through Thursday. Extra time and weekend work are required, as job duties demand." So we have schedule content.
Benefits: "Additionally, we offer a highly competitive compensation package for this opportunity, including incentive compensation and a comprehensive suite of premium benefits. These include medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition assistance, paid vacation, sick and personal days, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling options such as compressed workweeks." So we have benefits.
Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Planner II (Commercial Space Systems)". Not to be used as heading.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove "VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY No agencies, please." That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered a note; but it's not a section heading; we could include as a short paragraph maybe under About the role? It's not substantive? Might be considered a note; but we can keep as a short p maybe. However instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY No agencies, please." is not exactly EEO but could be considered a recruiting note; not sure if to remove. It's not application instructions; it's a statement encouraging veterans. Might be okay to keep. But safer to keep as a short p under About the role.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
