We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Us", "About This Role", "What You'll Do", "What You'll Bring", "What You'll Get", "Compensation Range". Also location: Ontario. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also we must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. There is a "Compensation Range" section with salary range. That's pay. So we can include a Pay section with heading

    Pay

and include the range. Benefits: there is "What You'll Get" includes benefits and opportunities; we can treat as Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Also we need to include location maybe as a short

under About the role? The location is given: "Location: Ontario". Could be included as a short paragraph under About the role or maybe as its own line. Since we must not create sections without real content. We can include location in a

after the About the role heading. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include About Us content? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The About Us is company description; we should keep it? It's substantive. Should we include as a section? Possibly "About the company" but not listed as allowed headings. The allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. About Us could go under About the role? Or we could treat as a brief intro paragraph before sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: About the role (includes About Us and About This Role), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What You'll Bring), Benefits (What You'll Get), Pay (Compensation Range). Possibly also Qualifications/Skills but we can combine. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we should list bullet points. For requirements also bullet list. For benefits also bullet list. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include each bullet point from the posting. Let's extract content. About Us: paragraph about HBK Engineering, LLC. We'll keep as prose under About the role maybe. About This Role: description of role: mid-level experienced planning role requiring technical knowledge, project leadership, cross-functional collaboration. Management and production of overhead and underground distribution infrastructure projects. Understanding of Distribution Design concepts, project types, coordination with permitting, environmental, customer relations, governmental bodies, various external organizations. Individual considered knowledgeable and able to execute designs with little to no supervision. Execution on deliverables part of planning team, responsible for accurate completion of multiple concurrent projects. Location: Ontario. We'll combine About Us and About This Role into About the role section prose. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): list bullet points: - Manage and execute multiple concurrent projects in a production environment, ranging from single-unit tasks to large, complex initiatives, with a strong emphasis on quality, communication, and adherence to deadlines. - Design and engineer solutions for Lighting, Underground (UG), and Overhead (OH) Utility systems, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks. - Identify, analyze, and resolve complex design issues by applying electrical engineering principles, construction standards, and industry best practices. - Interface with internal teams, external organizations, and governmental agencies throughout the planning and design process. - Provide training, mentoring, and oversight to junior staff and new team members. - Lead job/site walks, conduct scope reviews, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative team environment. - Serve as a team lead on larger scope projects, driving project success within established timeframes and budgets. - Develop thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, drawings, and sketches. - Efficiently navigate and utilize all relevant manuals, applications, processes, and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement of job-related knowledge, skills, and performance. - Participate in field activities, including job/site walks and potentially up to 30% travel throughout the service territory, which may include diverse geographical regions and varying weather conditions. - Occasional lifting of less than 40 lbs may be required. We need to output as Pay section. We must not include EEO boilerplate. Remove that. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus final output:
