Planner

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training
• or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-house promotions must have held the junior planner position for more than 12 months
• Proficiency in ERP knowledge and proficient in use
• Manufacturing knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming orders, supply chain problems, market changes and inventory issues to minimize the impact on production
• Monitor material flow and identify shortages or bottlenecks
• Create a production schedule for materials and resources
• Plans, schedules and coordinates the flow of products through the complete production cycle
• Gather data, analyze and present metrics for department
• Responds well to questions, with clear precise answers
• Communicates in a positive manner
• Able to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and personnel

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is (70-88k) DOE per year, plus incentive compensation.
