Planner

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay Range: $30 to $37 per hour

About the Role

Support the JLL Asset Management journey towards a World Class Maintenance organization by planning electrical maintenance activities. Coordinate maintenance activities to perform preventative and corrective maintenance efficiently. Manage asset maintenance parts ordering process and optimize efforts through PM auto-ordering where applicable. Create and submit work requests, purchase requisitions, and ensure all POs are approved before scheduling work. Develop reports, analyze work order flow, and continuously improve work planning and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan electrical maintenance activities
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance
• Manage asset maintenance parts ordering process
• Optimize efforts through PM auto-ordering where applicable
• Create and submit work requests and purchase requisitions
• Ensure all POs are approved before scheduling work
• Develop reports and analyze work order flow
• Continuously improve work planning and scheduling processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in electrical trade, facilities, or operational roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong technical knowledge of EAMS CMMS and MRO systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams and management levels
• Ability to create ad hoc reports, write advanced queries, and develop dashboards is a plus
