Responsibilities
- Ensure that project activities are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed schedules using Primavera P6, aligned with plant operational requirements.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and HSE to define work scope and ensure complete and safe execution.
- Break down scope into job packages with clear work instructions, material requirements, manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor project execution, updating schedules and resolving delays in real-time.
- Conduct risk assessments and integrate mitigation plans into the schedule.
- Ensure compliance with plant-specific safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project analysis, capturing lessons learned for future improvement.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management, within the reasonable scope of the role.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or higher qualification required; degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Planning/Scheduling experience within the Oil and Gas Industry is preferred.
- Experience with critical path method analysis/technique using Primavera P6.
- Proficient with Primavera P6, Excel, SAP, and preferably Power BI.
- Strong computer skills, including SharePoint, Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Must observe Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) rules of the Company, its clients, and governing authorities.
