About the role

The Adirondack Arc is seeking a Plan Writer to develop and maintain person-centered staff action plans. You will ensure documentation is accurate and supports the individual goals and outcomes of the people we serve. Collaboration with QIDPs, DSPs, and Unit Management is key to promoting quality services and meaningful, person-centered supports.
