About the role
Plans and directs all aspects of the company's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations. Represents the organization in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, competitors, commercial and investment bankers, government agencies, professional societies, and similar groups. Develops a sound short-and long-range plan for the organization. Ensures the adequacy and soundness of the organization’s financial structure and reviews projections of working capital requirements. Negotiates and otherwise arranges for any outside financing that may be indicated.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related field required. Master's Degree Preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a top management position in the government or healthcare industry required.
- Extensive experience in contracting, contract acquisition, operations management, and strategic planning and development.
- Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance.
Qualifications

$390,000.00 - $740,000.00 per year
