About the role

Hello Heart is on a mission to prevent heart attacks by using AI to predict and prevent cardiac events. We serve over 80% of large U.S. health plans and hundreds of public and private employers, aiming to redefine how heart disease is managed in the AI era.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Business Development Leader for the company.
  • Become a deep subject matter expert in all aspects related to Hello Heart and how we can work with targeted national payers.
  • Lead prospecting, pitching, and contracting for strategic partnerships in the Health Plan/Medicare space.
  • Manage and develop the Health Plan pipeline with accountability for strategic partnership targets.
  • Negotiate and manage the execution of channel partnership agreements with Health Plans.
  • Identify and execute partnership expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated Business Development or Management Consulting experience in the Health Plan /Medicare space.
  • Experience and success in end-to-end partnerships by developing an overall strategy to build/maintain pipelines and executing through prospecting, relationship building, pitching, and contracting.
  • 100% independent with a demonstrated strong problem-solving skill set.
  • A strong team player who can work with multiple functions within the company.
  • Ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact.
  • Go-getter who operates with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a startup.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adaptable to change.
  • Ability to travel 50%.
  • Preference for candidates currently based in the Midwest or the West Coast.

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000.00 to $200,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
