This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of health plan strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Translate strategic goals into implementation plans with measurable outcomes
  • Assess and recommend priorities, resource allocation, and action plans to maximize impact
  • Establish governance and operational structures for enterprise accountability
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making
  • Create executive-ready communications and strategic recommendations
  • Coach and empower team members in a dynamic operational environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; master's preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in a health plan organization across strategy, operations, and program management
  • 5+ years leading large-scale strategic initiatives with executive visibility
  • Proven experience in managing complex initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Strong comprehension of health plan interdependencies among operations, compliance, and technology
  • Captivating ability to connect different teams and manage competing priorities in ambiguous situations

Pay

$140,000 – $155,000 annually
