Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury, Birth Injury & Trial Attorney

About the role

We are speaking with attorneys for select plaintiff-side injury opportunities involving personal injury, birth injury, catastrophic injury, case development, direct client communication, hearings, mediations, court appearances, settlement strategy, and leadership within growing plaintiff-side practices. These roles are grouped because they attract attorneys who want meaningful client advocacy, litigation responsibility, and a plaintiff-side platform for growth.

Responsibilities

• Own cases within a structured pod from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Communicate directly with clients
• Attend hearings and mediations
• Receive close mentorship before taking on full case responsibility
• Manage deadlines, case files, court appearances, hearings, mediations, or settlement strategy
• Collaborate with L&D nurse consultants
• Manage staff and client relationships
• Develop local business and lead case strategy
• Prepare for and attend depositions

Requirements

• Relevant bar admission in the applicable state
• Strong client-facing communication and judgment
• Interest in high-impact injury matters and long-term plaintiff-side growth

Qualifications

• Plaintiff-side personal injury, catastrophic injury, birth injury, civil litigation, or related advocacy experience
• Experience: Newly licensed (0-2 years), Mid-level (2-8 years), Senior (Experienced), Managing Attorney (7+ years)
• Work Model: On-site, On-site, On-site, Hybrid/Remote with Travel
