Plaintiff-Side Insurance Litigation Associate

About the role

Hiring one (1) associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Civil Litigation. The position will be on-site in San Francisco, CA. The role is full-time, is a permanent position, and is set to begin immediately. The job pays a salary of $200,000 - $315,000/year (estimate). The job requires a bar license in California.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Prepare and present evidence in court
• Represent clients in depositions and hearings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff

Requirements

• Bar license in California
• 3-5 years of experience in Plaintiff-side Litigation
• Expertise in Health Insurance is a plus

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Passing score on the California Bar Exam

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
