Responsibilities
- Manage a plaintiff's personal injury caseload
- Handle litigation and pre‑litigation matters
- Work closely with firm leadership and support staff
- Develop cases through resolution while maintaining high client service standards
- Optionally originate cases and build a personal book of business within the firm
Requirements
- 5‑20 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience
- Proven background handling PI matters from intake through resolution
- Currently practicing (or previously practiced) at a plaintiff‑side PI firm
- Licensed attorney in good standing (Texas license preferred; relocation supported)
- Juris Doctor from a respected law school (e.g., Baylor Law School, University of Texas School of Law, or similar)
