Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney position with a well‑established plaintiff‑side personal injury firm in Houston, TX. The firm focuses exclusivelyively on plaintiff personal injury litigation and offers relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a plaintiff's personal injury caseload
  • Handle litigation and pre‑litigation matters
  • Work closely with firm leadership and support staff
  • Develop cases through resolution while maintaining high client service standards
  • Optionally originate cases and build a personal book of business within the firm

Requirements

  • 5‑20 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience
  • Proven background handling PI matters from intake through resolution
  • Currently practicing (or previously practiced) at a plaintiff‑side PI firm
  • Licensed attorney in good standing (Texas license preferred; relocation supported)
  • Juris Doctor from a respected law school (e.g., Baylor Law School, University of Texas School of Law, or similar)
