Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorney on litigation cases valued over $150,000
- Work with senior litigation attorney to prosecute the case
- Have responsibility to move cases below $150,000 towards resolution or trial with senior attorney supervision
- Conduct discovery
- Complete depositions
- Attend mediation
- Take cases to trial
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in litigation
Qualifications
- Strong legal skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
