Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters, including but not limited to, mass torts, auto accidents, toxic torts, class actions, pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, complex class actions, and recalls.
  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Participate in trial and mediation proceedings as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in the State Bar.
  • 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Experience with mass torts, auto accidents, toxic torts, class actions, pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, complex class actions, and recalls.
  • Proven experience managing a litigation caseload independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in legal project management.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation process and procedures.
  • Proven track record of achieving favorable results for clients.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases.
  • Trial experience and mediation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$125,000 - $300,000 per year
