Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of personal injury matters (motor vehicle, premises, and labor law) through all stages, including litigation and trial.
• Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Oversee discovery and ensure timely, strategic case development.
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members to formulate case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients.
• Contribute to a supportive, transparent firm culture centered on teamwork and shared success.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven courtroom skills, including trial, hearings, and deposition experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Team player with a proactive approach to client service and case management.

Location

In-person position based in Queens, New York.

NYS license to practice law is preferred.
