A well-established and highly regarded litigation firm in Arizona is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This multi-state firm is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in the plaintiff's personal injury space while working in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Handle all phases of litigation from intake through resolutionConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discoveryRepresent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediationsCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and developmentMaintain strong client communication and case management practices Qualifications 1+ years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)Admitted to the Arizona Bar and in good standingStrong writing, analytical, and courtroom skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyProfessional transparency regarding any past grievances (not disqualifying, but must be disclosed) Why This Role?
