Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Core Competencies

• Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
• Perform an in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages
• Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment
• Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates
• Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategies and drive successful outcomes

Requirements

• Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in NV
• Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
